I am Karlie Bordinko and I'm from Kamas, Utah. I moved to Salt Lake to study Fashion Design and SLCC's Fashion Institute. For this event i wanted to express my love for traveling and warm weather. I will be showcasing three resort wear looks; perfect for a walk on the beach or to dinner on the rooftop. There garments are for women who want to be relaxed and comfortable while still having that high style look.
I’m Cherylene Rosenvall, a Fashion & Costume Designer from SLC, UT. Currently I teach Fashion & Costuming at the SLCC Fashion Institute. Alongside teaching, I run a private Couture business, “Knotty Stitches”, creating custom Couture, Costume , Kilt Making & Celtic creations for clients all over the world.
To me Fashion is a way to express yourself. Everything you put on is a costume that portrays your emotions and personality, not only for special events but in day to day life as well. This collection is dedicated to all the wonderful young women who are finding their way in life and developing strength and confidence internally & externally. |

RHYTHM AGAINST SOCIETY
Independent Stylist from Lilla Rose will be there offering “Beautiful, unique, comfortable, hair jewelry.”
Singer of extraordinary nature. Carma's smooth vocals are sure to calm any savage beast. Her performance can be torchy in one minute and whimsical the next. She has a vocal that brings to mind some of the beautiful chanteuses of the era of the music. Clooney, Fitzgerald, Horne, and others. She has clear beautiful highs in her vocal, then rumble down in the lower register with her very full bodied melodies.
Carma is entrancing onstage, she owns it, carves out her own little niche wherever she goes. |

Artist: Amy Fairchild Color My World Color induces a wide range of emotion depending upon the hue of the photograph. From soothing to chaotic, color makes us feel, makes us alive. My photographs should make you fall into them, become a part of them, experience them. Minimalism is my way of seeking a simplistic peace. Peace from the everyday world; from work, from school, from people. A time to fall into myself, my soul. I’m stretching to see beyond what is there. The exploration of color helps me with my own path of enlightenment. The peace of color envelops me and forms a cocoon around my inner-being. The subtle light in the distance awakens me, calms me, sustains me. Enter my world and move silently with me. Just whisper. http://aasfphotography.com/ Amy Fairchild My name is Monica Cheung, I am studying at the Fashion Institute at Salt Lake Community college. Fashion is my way of expressing my view, just like any other artist. I get inspiration from many things, nature, movies, cultures, other designers, as well as from dreams. The looks that you'll be seeing was inspired by the plaids, so each looks will be different in their own unique way.
